Holographic Projection Technologies of the future will indeed come under scrutiny from regulators who wish to keep the technology available to consumers morally clean. Any futurist looking at these innovations understand this truth. Currently we see issues with Video Games, Gangster Rap and all sorts of stuff being peddled out their polluting the minds of our youth, but really it is not just youth.
Some believe that when technology increases too rapidly that it is all of humanity which suffers. Well one might agree that technology must proceed with caution, but also agree that you still must proceed. Each incremental leap in technology means better understanding and that means greater awareness. Our Think Tank for instance has considered, written about and have a good understanding and rational and even solutions for ALL such technologies to prevent problems.
Holographic Technologies are not as dangerous as some technologies in the life sciences for instance. Innovation to science that we better not screw up or it will have serious repercussions for the future of humankind. Although who is to say if mankind is a viable species? I mean they haven't been around here that long. The Dinosaurs, now that was a viable species, well for one heck of a long time.
Many people believe that mankind will survive no matter what, yet those who have such faith are often the biggest detractors of science and technology. That is an interesting and ironic fact indeed. The odds are good simply due to the shear numbers, large brain able to plan and their love of reproducing that humanity will survive, despite any temporary set-backs that they make due to mistakes in various technologies. Just thinking out loud of course?
